Manuj Bhargava — Founder CLAonline , Director
A Law Graduate, Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and an Insolvency Professional (IP). Mr Bhargava had been in the publishing industry for over three decades and had worked in the industry at management level. He is the founder of CLAonline. He has also worked with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a statutory body under an ACT of Parliament as head of the department. He is a member of the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) National committee on Legal Services (since 2021) and is also the Co-Chair of the sub committee on management of law firms and legal departments (2025)
B.P. Bhargava — Founder Editor : Corporate Law Adviser
A visionary law graduate, Mr. Bhargava founded Corporate Law Adviser in 1989, pioneering specialized corporate law publishing in India. A Fellow Member of the ICSI and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (USA), Mr. Narayanaswamy is an eminent authority on Corporate Laws.
